Straight export to Microsoft Project

Reads the live project record — the same one PM Platform edits — and generates a Project-compatible XML file (tasks, durations, links, resources, assignments) that MS Project opens via File → Open. Re-run it after any update: same button, current data. CSV export included for Excel / Project Online grid paste.

Open it in MS Project
  1. Download the .xml (button above).
  2. MS Project → File → Open → select the file → "As a new project."
  3. Tasks, links, resources, assignments and % complete land natively — Gantt draws itself.
  4. After any update in the suite, come back and export again. The file always reflects current data.
Round-trip import (Project → suite) is the companion feature on the roadmap; export is fully live now.
